Sizeable assets
The TREBEL project, strategically located in the European district at the corner of the rue de Trèves and the rue Belliard (its name also coming from the contraction of these two streets) facing the esplanade of the European Parliament, specifically meets the strategic criteria targeted by ATENOR. Thus, its location in an environment with permanent potential as well as its excellent accessibility by public transport conveniently complement the other advantages which are the density, the friendliness of the public space and the architectural and environmental qualities.
Enhancement of a strategic area
With its neat and original architecture, executed by the Jaspers Eyers & Partners architects studio, TREBEL positions itself in the European District as an emblematic building. It testifies the will, both of political authorities and private stakeholders, to raise the quality of the district by means of new urban architectural ambitions.
With the execution of this new project, Atenor demonstrates its role as a major real estate stakeholder and its involvement in developing the attractiveness of Brussels and of the European District.
