With a remarkable location in one of the most dynamic and most attractive areas of the capital of Luxembourg, the site combines the construction and redevelopment of part of the old brewery into a residential and commercial complex with a certain character. ATENOR acquired the site in 2011 and construction began in 2014.
Leaning against the hill, the project proposes 87 apartments, 4 office areas, 8 shops and 111 parking spaces and fits harmoniously into the natural environment.
A unique natural setting
After the successes achieved almost 15 years ago with the completion of the IEK, Pixel and President office buildings on the Plateau du Kirchberg, the launch of this new project marks a new stage in the development of ATENOR activities in Luxembourg and confirms its strategy of maintaining a long-term presence in markets where Atenor has gained experience.
Backing onto the hillside and the forest, the Brasseries de Neudorf harmoniously integrate into a unique natural setting.
The buildings form a harmonious whole that enhances some of the old breweries, with a notable architectural character and enriching industrial references.
The result: a residential complex with great character and respectful to heritage.
Designed on a maximum of 5 levels, all apartments and studios all have a terrace but also a high quality and comfortable interior. The renovated part of the brewery offers several luxury lofts.
A public square meant to become the centre of the urban life of the district will be constructed and composed of green and recreational spaces. It will also host local events that will enliven the district.
The quality of the construction and the techniques used will enable class A energy performance (passive) to be achieved.
An exceptional location
The Brasseries de Neudorf are only a few minutes away by foot, bicycle or by car or by public transport, from the vibrant Plateau du Kirchberg district and the city centre of Luxembourg. Access to the motorways is easy and enables very convenient access to the airport, France, Germany or Belgium.
